Lenders First Choice

Did a signing for them last week. First one I've done in months because when your 8 months pregnant you rarely feel up to dealing with potential hassle (had alot of screwy signings back when I was doing them constantly). Anyway I just wanted to give these guys a good report. I had done work for them before but I must say it's pretty impressive to do a signing one week (at my fee no less) and have the check the next week. Few companies have impressed me as much.

Re:SoCalMisty-I can understand your not wanting to do a

signing when your 8 months pregnant but your comment, dealing with potential hassle, screwy signings back when I was doing them constantly leave me stunned, the two descriptions if you don't mind me saying so sound unprofessional, your descriptions are not impressive in the least. Just my 2 cents.......

Good grief!

Can't you just take her message at face value? Jeez..... I remember being eight months pregnant. I think most reasonable women can relate. As for that being unprofessional,I can sure think of many other things I have read on this board that would be more appropriatly called unprofessional.

Re: Ananotary, I was just waiting for someone to jump on

this one, the point of my post which you have missed is-due to companies reading this board she may have wanted to state this differently.........select different words to get her point across.....not a big deal......

Understood, But

In my opinion this was not the right thread to post a comment about professionalism. Not after some of the stuff I read. Jmho. Not meant to offend.

What on earth are you talking about? You're saying that we shouldn't discuss things like screwy signings and potential hassles because companies might be reading the board? That is just plain stupid.

Re: you hit the nail on the head cali!

what's weird is that Susan certainly isn't shy about giving her opinion on this board and it's not always particularly professional in the way she expresses it, so I don't know why she'd be telling somebody else to do what she's not worried about doing herself.

Professionalism from the paragon of professionalism himself

The professional who calls the owner of a signing service a c**t and then revels in it on the Notary Rotary boards, The originator of the comment that the only difference between a straight man and a gay man is a six pack (#93600) who has used more vulgar and inappropriate language than anyone elese I know of is commenting on professionalism. Un-forking- believable!

I remember that well Cali

I just about fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. No doubt about it my friend if you or I mean to take a jab it is obvious. I just love the "don't be mean" replies when one is told to use the orange search button. You would think we said what you just said.

Well just because you would have written it a different way doesn't make it unprofessional for her to have written it the way she did.

it's a full moon out there.

Getting back to LFC, I agree they are easy to work with, easy packages and pay FAST! Usually reasonable pay too.

Re: it's a full moon out there.

Yes it must be the moon.

I had a big argument with LFC once. They moved an appointment because docs weren't out on time and the LO called the borrower and asked him to print docs at home. LFC got the impression that I was the one that did it? They were hoppin' mad and didn't believe me when I told them they had the story mixed up... they said they would NEVER EVER call me again. They called the borrower to apologize 'for my behavior' and he told them it was the LO that had not only suggested it, but bullied him a little.

LFC didn't have to call me back... I would have never known... but they did. The girl called, her supervisor called and I got a letter of apology. I did end up doing the signing and when the check came, they had added $100 to the signing fee.

I was very impressed and haven't had any other problems before or after that one. I'm not keeping my hopes up that all companies will be this way but it is nice to come across one every once in a while.

I had a wonderful experience working with them too. I got my check one week after my signing. I would love to work for them again.
