LoanSignersInc.com IS NOT "LSI"
I encourage you that are referring to my company as LSI to stop. "LSI" is owned by Fidelity National Financial. LoanSignersInc.com is owned by me. The other day a notary faxed me an invoice intended for LSI most likely as a result of carelessness on this board.

LSI stands for Lia Signing, Inc. for that person who mixed it up (and it is a great company in my experience). There are many professionals here who know who they are working for.

Apparently, you're not one of them
LSI is a division/subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services Company. They use LSI as their trade name and logo.
Lia Signing is Lia Signing and LoanSignersInc is LoanSignersInc.

That wasn't very nice. Lia Signing does go by LSI.

I've done work for all three
LSI is LSI -- they don't go by any other name.
The other 2 go by their legal names on their LETTERHEAD.
My point was that yo should get your facts straight before you post about "others being mistaken".

LIA signing...FYI...Liz...
Does NOT, I repeat NOT go by the name of LSI ---They are a ss that LSI will employ when they cannot fill an order on their own. LSI pays them our fee of $125. and they keep $25. of it to call you for the signing. Get your facts straight. I have been contacted many times by LIA after I was not availbale for LSI. Plus yes they pay, but you will wait at least 60 days.

LSI is not Lia Signing Inc. LSI used to be Fidelity National Title out of PA and CA. LSI (Lenders Service Inc) has been in business since 1967 In 2003 Fidelity National Title acquired LSI and they have used the LSI name since then. Their headquarters are in Coraopolis, PA

before me now, with this order the docs are to be sent to LSI Santa Ana, CA You may go to WWW.LIASIGNING.COM maybe this helps some

LIA is the SS, LSI is the title company
which is why docs are to go back to them. But, they are not the same company.
Thanks for the post, it does help.

When you try to collect from LSI
and they don't have a clue what you're talking about (because you are confusing your companies), you can then try LoanSignersInc (they won't have a clue about your payment status either), then you can go back to LIA -- KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

You have payables going back in excess of 90 days, and you have the gall to say your problems are a result of carelessness on this board. You are in the wrong business, perhaps you should join the circus, you are obviously a "clown".

Brenda, dontcha know
that none of Chris' problems are his fault? They're all everybody else's fault.
I'm just waiting for the post where he says now nice is has been trying to fix all of these problems, but since we've been so mean to him on the board he's not going to bother trying to get the payment problems corrected anymore.

it hasn't been nice at all...it's tough and very frustrating on many levels. But I'm not going away and neither is LoanSignersInc.com. Furthermore, if I was trying to blame others for this situation why would I be here? You can keep throwing the daggars and I'll keep batting them away until you are all paid.

Re: CaliNotary, dontcha know Chris
You will go away when enough people stop accepting assignments from you because of your payment issues. Cali was not throwing daggers at you, he was simply stating the obivious truth, that you can't comprehend that your payment issues are your own fault. As the owner of the company it is your responsibility to ensure timely payment for services rendered, and it is your fault when that does not happen. You did state that you have experienced problems because of the carelessness on this board. Discussion of a deadbeat signing service in a notary forum is not carelessness, it is one of the main purposes of having a forum in the first place.

Brenda the part you and many on here don't realize is that for every 1 notary that says they won't work for us 5 assure us they will because they have been paid well and timely by us prior to August. The current issues are temporary and will be resolved soon.
No where in any of my recent posts or emails to notaries we owe have I not accepted full responsibility!
Finally, the carelessness I referred to was that notaries were mixing up my company with LSI. How do you think LSI would feel if they found out their reputation was being trashed by the notaries they have been feeding work to?

Let me ask you something Chris
You say that a notary faxed you an invoice intended for LSI most likely as a result of carelessness on this board. How did you come to this conclusion? Is there a post where someone said LSI is LoanSignersInc? If you're going to lay the blame on someone here, please show us.

Re: Let me ask you something Chris
Hello Alex,
yes, I came to this conclusion because someone on this board referred to my company as LSI. Honestly, why else would I have said it. But I am not going to embarass (him/her) to prove you wrong. You'll have to read the posts in my threads and find it. Trust me it's there.
My conclusion was based mainly on the fact that this is a well respected and highly visited board. Many many notaries have mentioned it in conversations with me and that is why I chose THIS board to discuss my company and no other.

There's nothing to prove wrong. I just asked where you got that impression. It's happened before, and I do think people should be sure they're talking about the right company.
I hope you resolve your payment issues. That seems to be a more vital problem then an incorrect invoice.

Re: I say blame it on the notary.
It's his/her responsibility to insure that their invoice goes to the proper individuals that hired them.
