Marlene aka Florida Mobile Closings
I have been working with her for over 2 years on many assignment and she actually send payment prior to the 30-45 days agreement. I have never had any problems with her but I know she had problem with company owing her money and not paying for service she did or got other notaries to do. I have had high balance. All what I have read is all incorrect maybe she had a problem with Lisa & Becca but that doesn't mean that she has to go on the no no liist because she actually pays faster than most company out there.

I didn't need a search engine to tell me that, my radar went
off all by itself. I guess in this business you need a good bull-sh!t detector.

I have nothing to do with Marlene I have only worked for her and it is not fair what people are saying about her for just posting that she haven't got paid for some work. I have nothing to do with her.

How long have you been married to her? You both should take a remedial English course.
Talk about Boo-fooing.

Well hi marcos! Welcome. Funny we haven't seen you before.
But what absolutely amazing timing for you to show up just when Marlene needed you. Boy, what are the odds? So tell me marcos with no profile link or last name, have you ever heard of a notary that's had outstanding invoices from 20 different companies at once? Gee, that must be an all-time notary record. Do ya think there might be something fundamentally wrong (emphasis on the mental part) with her business plan? Plenty of other people seem to have worked for the same companies without any problems. Why is that? Others are companies that have been discussed as no-no companies for years. Do you think she should have checked them out first? But I'm sure she's doing a top notch job with no complaints, and she's sending out those invoices just as her instructions dictate. Golly, I reckon she just must be the most unluckiest gal in all the land.

There's your problem Marlene. Seems like you acted an SS between the no payers listed and the "other notaries".

All this started when I late for making a payment to Lisa in Naples. And to be clear this is one of the invoice which Residential Title never paid me on but she got her payment late but got it. I don't understand why she talk like that if she only did 1 closing for me. I was promised to get a check and never got it.
And on the other hand, Becca I gave her a signing she told me that after she printed the docs she told me that she was not going to do it and I can't invoice the lender for printing docs, all I could invoice is for no-sign or complete signing.

Marlene it isn't Lisa's or any other nsa's concern why you were late. You made a contract with her, she performed the duty, so pay up. If you can't pay your independant contractors you have no business assigning more out. The promises made to you by your client don't mean squat. This is why you have to have plenty of reserve capital to take care of expenses and don't try and say you did because obviously you didn't.
In Becca's case it doen't matter what you can or can't invoice your client for. When you hire someone you need to compensate them for their time and supplies. If there is a difference in these amounts then you Marlene have to eat the cost of it. It's the cost of business. If you don't like the cost of business then you shouldn't be in business.

Re: Marlene aka Florida Mobile Closings Marlene...
You are incorrect again. I NEVER did print the docs for your Vero Beach closing 10/27. I WILL NOT print docs without a CO stating my CORRECT fee. The CO that you sent me had the WRONG fee on it. Your instructions were to NOT contact the borrower and to go without a HUD & 1003. Also, I do not work for trip fees and your CO indicated that if borrower refuses to sign, I would get $XX and like it. Too many red flags for me. No thanks.
However, if you would like to send me a check for wasting my time, I'd be okay with that.
