I did one signing for them about a year ago. The docs were in the possession of the borrower and he negotiated the my fee. It was top $$$. I was paid within 1 week of signing.

Millennium Financial SvS of North Hollywood, CA. I had a direct referral signing from them and got top dollar and great communication with Escrow Division. Will get paid with 1 week of signing. Great company!
