Did a signing for them on 1-19 for $125. after 30 days started my collection process always being blown off by Kathleen. Today, 3/20 spoke to Larry and was informed that the borrower cancelled and their policy is only to pay a $25. printing fee. blah blah blah and not getting a penny more. Brothers and sisters beware

I had the exact same thing happen. I called today on an invoice from 2/13/07, received email back saying it cancelled, and we pay $25.00 for your print fees. THANK YOU! can you believe it? This will not be the end of this, I never agreed to work for free, or on contingency.

I'm in the same boat - been trying to collect on an invoice from 1/23/07. I keep getting blown off by Kathleen - same song and dance. The loan cancelled and they only pay $25 for printing...blah blah. I am still working on collecting. Have you had any futher success on collecting from them? What avenues have you pursued?
