Nikolos Closing Service

I have filed a BBB complaint aginst Nikolos Closing Service. They had me do a loan notarizing on 8/25/06 and they have not paid me yet. I called Gus several times and he said that he would send a check out soon, they have not. I tryed to contact him serveral times since but I only get the voicemail. I left a message informing him that I would file with BBB if I did not hear, I have have had no response.
If you have problems with bad signing companies, file with the BBB and post it here. This will help keep us from doing signings without being paid.

I had that same problem. I informed the lender and lo and behlod a check arrived I've added this signing agency to my do not take work from list which has grown to 5 now.

Gus is nice guy on the phone but he does pay slooowly. He has always paid me though and never once cut my fees or played any bs games like that. He has always been honest when I called him about payment...he will tell you its going to be a couple more weeks etc..... at least he doesnt lie and say he didnt get the invoice or the checks in the mail.

I did one closing for him last year and took 6 weeks to get paid.
