Not getting paid

I did a signing on 1/2005 for 1 signings for Certified Signing Services in Houston, Texas. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did. This was a signing was done in a 2 part the seller signed on 1 day and the buyer had an accident on the way and had to signed the following morning. I had to make 2 trip to this location and before I left the closing table, I called to get an approval for an additional fee for the following day signing and they approved an additional fee which was never paid and the owner, Cassodra Parker says that she didn't approved and she is not going to paid me. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.
