OT: reccos for cheap website tech?

My real estate website needs a serious update. Beyond my tech abilities.

I like the layout. I don't need a "designer." I just need lots of text + photo revisions on around 20 pgs.

My website is "stick built" - ie not a template. Everything is in code. No secure socket needed.

Can anyone recco a good and affordable web tech? I can work via phone / email so a tech located anywhere in US is fine.
