In Texas, there are gov't websites where you can download them.

However, I would not do so for a person who is requesting one. I'd tell them to search the internet or call a lawyer...providing one is UPL IMHO.

If you are looking for one to familiarize yourself with it, you could do an internet search. Google is friendly with that kind of thing.
