Can anyone give me G/B/U on Prolink in KY? I searched and only found in CA and a question on KY with no reply.

Vera and Veda. Did a closing for them over 2 months ago. They owe me 200.00. They avoid my emails and although I got them on the phone and they promised to pay me. It is over a week now and still no payment. There are known for their slow pay. So if you want to work for free....

I accepted a signing from them today - spoke to Vera, who seemed to be very nice and on top of the situation. Signing was scheduled for this evening, but she called back to reschedule for Monday. She had no problem with the fee I quoted and I haven't found anything negative about them other than Carmen's message, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt at this point.

The only other thing I would mention is that the assignment call came from a Michigan area code - docs go back to a title company in Louisville, KY. As far as I know, ProLink is in MI, not KY (and just to muddy the waters, I think there's another unrelated ProLink in CA).

Oh yes there are very nice. This is why I took the job in the first place. There is some other negative posts about them being a slow pay but for some reason they don't come up here. It could be that it is on some other forums. But the good news is that they just emailed me a little while ago that they were mailing out a check and gave me the check number. If and when I receive it I will post back here. (and it seems they are the Prolink in Kentucky..not the one in Ca)

Mike's right that Vera and Veda are in Michigan (the docs go to KY.) They pay as soon as they collect from the title co. So, if for some reason, they are not paid in a timely manner, payment may be slow.

I did a closing for them 10/14 and was told that they try and collect from the title companies at net 15 so they can pay us in 30 days. We shall see.
