IT was not edocs, if I remember correctly (it's been a long time) it was a HELOC and it was an emergency because it was scheduled for the previous day and the notary never showed up.......maybe she or he was getting even? I emailed for my payment and also talked to someone on the phone 10/27. Still nothing

dollar fee, and if I'm not mistaken isn't Clovis out in the boonies or am I wrong?

Clovis is not in the boonies
although in the central valley SAs can pretty much find them selves in the boonies at anytime.
A signing can take place in town, good area, bad area , or out in the outskirts , passing cotton fields, farms, orchards etc. I hate doing signings during fog season, ever know what is up ahead and the roads are narrow in the outskirts.

You guys really got off the track. Has anybody ever dealt with this signing company, are they consistently bad pay? The signing was in Richmond, Ca.

It was not last minute. It was over nite docs and 24 hr notice........the borrower's told me when I got there- that yesterday's notary failed to show up and the borrower was feeling pressure.

I went to a rodeo in Clovis
But besides that, I worked for Professional Loan Signing Services a few times in 2005. They always paid about six weeks out but never more than 60 days. I had no problem with them. I don't know why they don't call anymore, unless they don't like my fee. Oh well.

Did a signing for them October 12th. Sent them a 15 day friendly reminder. Got this message back:
"We received your invoice and we are on a 30-45 day billing cycle."
My contact for them is:
Christy: [e-mail address] and Ann Page: [e-mail address]

That email address is wrong .. sorry ... caliberclosing.com is not PLSS. Was looking at wrong one. But I did get paid from Professional Loan Signing Service .. they are a bit slow to pay ( a month and 1/2 from closing date). But they DID pay.

I did a signing for them in August, and still have not been paid. I have called and sent multiple invoices, and still no check. I will now initiate small claims court.
