I was wondering about that myself.
When I go to my zip code, I'd guess about 1/3-1/2 are outdated, and non-compliant.

Yes, we are making progress. The purge was originally scheduled for today, but we've decided to delay it until later in the month. We are still in the process of contacting people and need to send a final communication, which will take place in the next few business days.

I got a phone call and an email to update my profile, or it was being purged????? I just checked, and it is valid and I think in compliance. Were my phone calls legitimate?
