It a shame that we have go through this again.. It really slap in the face to Dept of Justice. we go through a process in fingerprint and application for any criminals charge background still it not enough making big issues sound like they don't trust them with their prodecure. You can't mess around with the government since 9/11. And of the Escrow and Title Company most them are notary public too. It just a scam for NNA CNA or others to get more money from it membership. I don't see them fight it for us...

They are not going to fight anything, they want to hit you up with fees so you are " certified" the National Association is using an outside vendor that will probably be a database.. When I told them I refused to submit as I am a licensed private detective in Wisconsin, they had no comment. I will not pay some rediculous fee for the same thing I am licensed to do. I will not be joining the Association this year.
