Residential Title Services Inc. in Florida

I did a signing on 2/2005 & 7/2005 for Residential Title Services Inc in Clearwater, Florida. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did. The closing I did on 2/2005, didn't closed but her closing coordinator from their Fort Lauderdale office told me that I was going to get paid for this and other I agree to a fee 350 but only received payment in the amount of 250.00 leaving a balance of 250.00 for both invoices. I have contacted Julie from their accounting dept., I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and she says I am going to research it and will get back to you but nothing happens and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.

It seems that you are posting about signings that took place over a year ago. If you are just sending them invoices now, its no wonder they aren't paying you.

so beside that making phone calls, hiring a collection agency what different are you doing
