Revisiting Adobe 6.0 vs 7.0

I recently upgraded to 7.0 which was a mistake, it made printing slow as others have stated. I have switched back to 6.0 and its so much better.
What compatibility issues do I need to worry about for those sending me docs using 7.0?

I haven't had any problems w/ that. The only thing I've noticed is that when I pull up files in 6 that were saved in 7 is shows a box stating you can upgrade to 7. After you close the box the file comes up fine.

I went back to 6 and am very happy still. I tried to completely delete and re-install 7 as suggested but I got the same results.
