Roaming Shades Business Services in Florida

I did a signing on 11/2004 for 1 signing for Roaming Shades Business Services in Hollywood, Florida. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did because I drop off the package in fedex on Friday but it was not pick up until Monday and packages arrived California on Tuesday. She insulted and treated me with vulgar languages that I never I had to deal with this situation. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.

Okay Marlene,I did not go all the way down-so yeah I guess sometimes we all wake up with a fever.Good luck in collecting though!Take some tylenol.

I recently read this thread (from Jan 2005) about Roaming Shades because they called me for a signing but I was unavailable. Seems that there was good reason not to pay the signing agent but you can be the judge for yourself.

I have been working with her for over 2 years on many assignment and she actually send payment prior to the 30-45 days agreement. I have never had any problems with her but I know she had problem with company owing her money and not paying for service she did or got other notaries to do. I have had high balance. All what I have read is all incorrect maybe she had a problem with Lisa & Becca but that doesn't mean that she has to go on the no no liist because she actually pays faster than most company out there.
