SOX aka Sign on the X and Firma Signing Co's. are either ----- SLOOOOOOW pay or NOOOOOO pay - Be careful. All signing companies get paid when the loan funds and so should we.

Well, yes and no.

Yes, SOX has long been reported as slow- (or no-) pay.

No, not all "signing companies get paid when the loan funds". Just as some "signing companies" pay us once a month, their clients pay them only once a month.

Thank you for clearing that up and I guess my "issue" is with the companies that take 2-3-4 months to pay the notary when they get paid sooner than that. My only retaliation has been to call the title company to express my problems with that particular signing company. Thanks for your input.
