Signing Agent in NorCal
I have 9 years previous experience as an Escrow Officer for Chicago Title and First American Title. I handled refi's, sales transactions and subdivision sale transactions. I have been out of the industry for a period of years and have been drawn as a Signing Agent, since it allows flexibility with having a family. I have contacted many signing companies and have received few calls. I have the strong escrow background and enjoy working with clients in assisting them with their real estate needs.....
Any great suggestions or advice for me ???

Realize that companies DO come to this board and your blatant bashing of companies might look poorly upon your ability to present yourself professionally?

Was that for Marlene? Seems like previous poster stated that she was looking for suggestions.

Yes! Wrong post! Thank you for noticing.
OP... the best thing to do is to keep getting your name out there. There is a great list of companies on this site, my suggestions is to go down the list and register with each one. It will take some time but it would be worth it in the long run. Also, look on the boards for the last week or so, there have been some fantastic suggestions recently on how to get YOUR name to stick in the title companies' heads. Good luck to you.

One of the things that I was told was to be sure you had three references in the business. This is references from three different companies.
Good Luck.
