Smallest package so far...

a HELOC from National City Bank. Did it today with overnight docs and it was 34 pages with 5 notarizations. I don't think they get much easier than this. I can remember having to copy, fax and split 40 pages of a 130 page package for the same that I did this one for.

You'll love Navy Federal HELOC's, about 20 pages if that, one notarization.

I'll see that and raise you one... did a HELOC modification last week - 9 pages, one notarized. There and back in less than an hour.

They only pay $50. Even if you have to drive 30 miles for it and ask for $60, they won't do it.
