they are indeed slow, but nothing more than what their contract plainly states. The contract you sign with them specifically states that they pay on the last day of the month following the signing month. But, I have never had payment issues with them, and now asked to be added to the HUD, making my check appear in my mailbox in about 5-7 business days.

Took them 3 months to pay not including the month I had to wait to invoice them.
