To my Title Company clients and the chosen-few SS's I work for, I would like to take a moment to thank you.
Thank you for understanding that I need to be paid for my services in a timely fashion.
Thank you for having the courtesy to deliver documents as promised, and not 15 minutes before the appointment.
Thank you for answering your phones and returning my call.
Thank you for valuing and respecting my time. It is precious to me and my family.
Thank you for your loyalty. Faced with the temptation to use a low-ball signing agent, you recognize my skill and continue to call me first. I appreciate that.
Thank you for your professionalism. I look forward to answering your calls because you are truly decent. It's a pleasure doing business with you.
Thank you for understanding when I cannot rearrange my schedule, and thank you for being flexible as well.
Thank you for understanding Eastern Standard Time and calculating said time difference before calling to schedule the impossible.
In short, I appreciate our relationship and hope we continue to prosper throughout the upcoming year.
