The Notarybiz.com in California
I did a signing on 3/2006 for 1 signing for The Notarybiz.com in Lake Forest, California. I invoice them and they are refusing to pay me for the services that I did because they sid that the title company didn't pay them so they couldn't pay me. I have tried to contact them via phone, email & fax and I also hired a collection agency to obtain payment for this signings and they didn't even had any results. If you get contacted by this company they are not going to pay you, they are used to ripping signing agent off.

Meant to say "are you having a bad day?" I don't believe I have ever had that many companies not paying or late paying. Some are slower than others, but I have been very fortunate in getting paid for all jobs I have done. But, if you check the "Search" button on a new contact, you can typically see numerous messages on those who don't pay.

Re: MARLENE!
If you have had this much trouble getting paid from all of these companies, maybe all of those loans had to be re-signed do to errors on your part. Having this many companies stiff you tells me something.

Re: MARLENE! not to mention...
that her biz is going to be gone soon, as the companies that read this board will steer clear of the massive negative campaigne...Oh well, good that Becca's running a network down there, it helps weed this kind of thing out.

Re: The Notarybiz.com - never had a problem, and...
it appears to me that you need some lessons on how and when to invoice, and how and when to followup on those that are past due. You have to stay "on top of it" - always.

Wait a minute! If you're in Florida, how could you do a signing in California?
