They ain't the sharpest tools in the shed

So I have a closing scheduled for 10:00 am this morning. Waiting...waiting...waiting for docs. They finally arrive in my inbox at about 9:15. I receive Part 1 of 2, then part 2 of 2 and a message that "everything is there". Great, I still have time to print and make it on-time.

I do the closing, then another one right after after that. I arrive home about three hours later and receive (identical) e-mails from both the TC and the SS. They were sent about 45 minutes after the original doc packages were sent or at about 10:00 when the closing is scheduled for:

"Here is a revised HUD and TIL. Reply back to this e-mail to let me know that you received them and printed them out okay."

What's wrong with this picture?

Lack of communiation is probably my biggest pet peeve

Like a phone call wouldn't have been in order?

Dollars to donuts, the TC notified the SS and the Ss forgot to notify YOU.
or....they are in a different time zone, and did not realize the difference.
