I contacted the FDLE to find out exactly what they did when they performed a background check and this is their response:
Our background checks search our computerized criminal history file for a match to the subject of the background check. We only provide certified copies of the results of the background checks to the person or agency requesting the checks and who also request "certified results".
I am going to write the NNA and ask them why they won't accept this. Just thinking out loud I guess but wanted you all to know what they said.
