Title Stream National Closing Solutions (Coppell, TX)
Hi all, I know that back a few months there was discussion about this company and some said they paid timely or a little late. Others said - No payment. Back in August I accepted a last minute closing from them for a reverse mortgage with Edocs. They bargained me down on the price, and needless to say have never even paid me for the closing. I have called and emailed David Cox numerous times. He has never returned a phone call. He responded to my initial emails with excuses ranging from the accountant who writes the checks is out with laryngitis to the check is in the mail. Now he doesn't respond at all. I have also emailed Christopher Lucas who posted on this site that he was the COO and was shocked that people weren't being paid. He doesn't even answer his emails. Beware - be wary. Anyone else have anything to share?

Sorry to say, but you really have to "hound" them to get your money.

Re: You're right, Teddog - gonna hound them a little harder
next week and, if nothing, then I'll file a complaint. Hate to this this - this is my first no-pay company, but I can't afford to be nice and patient for too long. I'll probably never get work from them again, but hey, they haven't called me since September anyway, and if I want to do volunteer charity work I'll go to my local hospital or VA center.
