Transcontinental Title

Has anyone else had problems collecting from them this year? They haven't paid me for the last two closings in May and the beginning of August. I used to do lots of business for them and never had any issues before.

Occasionally they lose or perhaps you didn't send an invoice, if you call and bring it to their attention, its been my experience they square it right away.

I've sent them invoices every month, along with copies of the confirmations. I always give many chances before I would post an a forum.

TCT was bought by FAT/FASS earlier this yr.

That's part of the mess.

That's also the reason for the new low fee sched.

I stand by them, for they meet my fee and are very timely with any request that I have. I have no complaints about them at all.

I haven't had a problem with them. They paid me on time and what I wanted for an e-doc. I enclosed my invoice with the docs and got paid within 2 weeks. I'll take anything I can get from them.
