United Notaries

I have been stiffed twice by these people. I can't get ahold of them by phone. I performed the signing on Aug. 8th and have yet to get paid. They are bad news. Has anyone else had any dealings with them?

Same story. Owes me for three signings past 90 days. $250 total.

It seems they only pay when you call and ask for payment. Their 877 number on their confirmation has been disconnected. Try 303-261-1990. If still no payment, and it was an E-Loan, call 877-501-9135 x3860. Good Luck!

I also did a closing for them in August, 2006, and have yet to get paid. I had done a signing for them prior to that date and finally got paid after several phone calls. I should have learned then, but when they called in August, they assured me that the payment problems have been cleared up. Yeh right! Maybe we should all band together and file a lawsuit against them to collect all of our monies with interest. I'm sure they would just close their doors and then open up under another name. Naomi even faxed me a copy of a "check" that they supposedly issued to me. Funny that it never arrived in the mail. On Tuesday, I intend to call eloan (the lender) and let them know that I have never received payment (and that obviously several other notaries have also been stiffed by them). I suggest that everybody do the same with the appropriate lender. Have a Happy New Year!
