Wierd

Got package for signing tomorrow - no 1003 or title affidavits - called to let title know they're missing - just got confirmation - no 1003 and affidavits waived.

It could be a streamline or an equity line with a LCP instead of a full ALTA. I do many equity lines that don't have 1003s or junk docs. The TCs I do these for don’t include junk docs because they are not producing a full lenders policy.

and this is the first time I've seen no 1003 - but I have it in writing from them that there's no 1003 required.
