block spam e-mails?

Does anyone know how to stop the "spam" e-mails I'm getting from SS and Co's I've never heard of, much less worked for? This has been going on for over a month from one company in particular (several other's also) and they keep sending e-mails about their reduction in pay and contracts which I am not interested in receiving. Any idea's would be appreciated. TIA

On your e-mail page go to 'options', then click on 'blocked addresses', then add the address of the SS's you don't want to receive e-mail from and add their address. This should block any mail from them. If you get jobs from them then you will have to go back into 'block addresses' remove them from your blocked addresses.
