deed of trust in one name, others are not

Hi,
I have a Deed of Trust in one borrowers' name and the note and other docs have 3 names, what should I do?

Thanks in advance for all replies!

Nestle, the best thing you can do is call the hiring party

and ask them how to proceed. What part of CA are you in?

Just an idea...I had a similar experience once. A couple of the doc's had different names. Check the loan numbers. Someone had inadvertantly "mixed loans" and transmitted together as one packet. They were embarrassed but grateful that I had caught the error before taking the doc's out to the borrower's.

Possibly, there are two co-borrowers who hold no title interest - but best to call and make sure it's not just an error.
