fixing post #158869.....

I made a mistake, that I need to fix. Please replace "Alliance" with "Transcontinental Title". The phone calls - saying they were from Transcontinental - not Alliance. ( I think I had Alliance on my mind because I had 5 signings that day and my last one was an Alliance). So, anyway.... I am definite that the first phone call from Sox and the second phone call from Transcontinental WERE the EXACT same number. And the gentleman on the phone from Transcontinental said "well, we have people in our office that work for SOX and thats why the same #came up, but this signing that we gave you is not through SOX". Sorry for the confusion.

They will say anything

TC will agree.

They don't care.

fyi
Many TC employees are trying to make extra $ by getting kickbacks from TCs or billing themselves out as a SS to get the SS minus nsa margin. I've run into this sevrl times.

Do biz w/ TCs only. Get conf's w/ TCs only. Then u r safe.

Transcontinental is in FL and SOX is in CA , so that phone must have a really long extension cord - or is there another Transcontinental Title?

Mike - you have old info

TCT was bought by FAT/FASS.

TCT staff may be operating from Fl or anywhere else. But their fee sched and policies are determined by F/F.

Last time I talked w/ TCT staff person, everyone was frantically looking for new job elsewhere.

Nice people turned into rats. Not thr fault. Theyre all bailing ship.

I do a lot of business with Transcontinental of Florida, and I have always been treated well. I also get my fee everytime. Rhonda I cannot speak to your situation, but I can say they are okay in my book.

Both TCT in FL & CA have the same confirmation. It's in MSword on legal size.

From what I read there are two faces under the same name. I have a problem collecting from TransContinental, Irvine, CA. Apparently FL is OK. But yes, when I got the first call from them the person at the other end of the line was someone from Sox or Sign on the X pirates.
