fwiw....

taken from another board...I sure hope I'm not advertising, nut these may prove helpful to the newcomers.

Due to overwhelming demand, Just Point and Sign has made two Ebooks
available for immediate dowload: The JPS Loan Document Brief Booklet,
which contains a brief overview of a variety of documents that may be
found in a loan package. This booklet is excellent to help become
familiar with the documents such as the HUD-1, Note Instruments, Truth
in Lending, Deed of Trust, Mortgage, Affidavit and much, much more.
Booklet has 100+ Documents briefly explained. Great for tucking away in
your briefcase as a reference guide. Buy Now
<' target='_blank'>http://payloadz.com/go/sip?id=228030> The JPS FAQs Booklet answers
questions such as "What is the difference between a Closing Agent and a
Loan Document Signing Agent"? "The signer is blind, can I still notarize
the document"? This booklet is filled with many questions that aren't
normally encountered every day; however, when you need the answer, the
FAQs booklet will be there to give the answer!
Buy Now <' target='_blank'>http://payloadz.com/go/sip?id=227136> Of course, ongoing
support is always included. The best of luck to all of you!

oh well...

that's what happens when I haven't read everything. It's almost like a full time job to keep up around here. No, not free, but imo reasonable.

Re: oh well...

if you go to justpointandsign.net you'll see a cd of a signing demonstration taking place for sale. Good for someone brand new.

The book and the site is by Victoria Rivera ( not Victoria Ring), when I first became a SA I purchased the book and the SR one.
