I'm not sure if you can on this site. I would be happy to share the one that I created with MSWord with you. You need only replace my information with yours and save it, and use it as your template. Send me your e-mail and I'll send it to you.

www.wef.net
This is a wonderful free website that you can create invoices and track payments online. Click on "invoices online: (the middle choice) and enter your information.
You only need to this once as the site will remember your information in the future. Be sure to total your amount on the last line in case it is not done automatically for you.
This website has been available "free" for years.
A loan signer should never send handwritten invoices to to a Title/Escrow/Lender/Signing Company as this brands you as an unprofessional in our industry.

I used to hand write them, until I ran out of invoices from the NNA and had to order more. I decided those invoices were a waste of money, that I didn't like handwriting them and that they looked unprofessional. I bought invoices and estimates deluxe for $40 and I really like it. Thanks for the info, though just in case

"My Invoices and Estimates Deluxe" software package
A quick check on the Internet suggests that "My Invoices and Estimates Deluxe" may not be worth $40. WWW.WEF.Net (the Site already listed in this thread) is available at zero dollars and produces decent-looking results.
You already use Micro$oft Excel (if you already have it on your Windoze computer) to track your accounts, don't you?

Re: "My Invoices and Estimates Deluxe" software package
I didn't have Excel when I bought that program, I bought Excel a few months ago. I use Excel to track my mileage by month (per job), expenses and total monies earned, kind of a year to date. I created reports for them. Took me a while to learn how to do that though. In my other lines of work, I didn't need Excel, spreadsheets were created by the time I got there, so I had to learn how to create these things on my own. I like Invoices and Estimates Deluxe, it has reports, aging, lists of my companies, etc. It's very simple to use. Although it does have its limitations. I would like to start tracking everything in excel though. I just haven't had the energy to try to figure it out. Maybe I'll figure it out for next year.

Oops! Sorry, cassiewi!
I forgot the r after the ? to indicate it was a rhetorical question.
If I can sanitize a copy of my Excel spreadsheet that I use as a year-to-date balance sheet I'll Post on this Site offering it as an example. (I've done that with my rates-calculating spreadsheet.) It would take quite a while to sanitize it!
The bottom line: If you find a software package that works for what YOU need, then be happy!

Quickbooks 2007 is now selling a smaller version
of their regular QB 2007. I saw it at Walmart last week. It looked much simpler than their regular version, and from what I could tell, had everything we as single, non-employer NSA's would use. The price was under $100 (I think about $60).

I like Quicken Home & Business
It has an invoice feature and mileage tracker.
It you don't want to pay for Microsoft Office products go to www.openoffice.org and download their free compatible software. They call word "Read" and Excel "math" but you will recognize all the tools as being very close to Microsoft Office.
Save you documents as .doc and send it off to other Microsfot Office users.
