PA is correct, for some reason I thought they were in Florida. Anyhow, yes, I've worked for them. They had to get my fee approved, but they paid within 2 weeks. Make sure you follow their checklist, if I remember correctly, they want to have some things initialed that don't have a spot for them on the docs. Other than that, they were fine.

Thanks , Did do a closing last month for direct funds and they use them, loan didnt close two times, what a pain, haven't got paid for either one so many pages.
