ip Hades and musings of possible interest to Professionals

Well I just established my new office at the Mission Hills Mall in Laguna Hills right next door to the Orange Coast Association of Realtors. Can you believe that there is a place in Orange County where you can not get DSL, well I found it. So HughesNet and over a thousand dollars later I start setting up my intranet. None of my ip address work. To make a long story short one week later I am all set except for one Laser printer which appears to want to set its own ip address.

I have been a member of Notary Rotary for a year and a half now and I have observed many things. As I have mentioned before I am primarily a commercial real estate agent and a loan broker. Having been here just a week now I am graced with title companies at my door with coffee and doughnuts and other goodies as well as customers. My pipeline is quickly filling up and I'm starting to trade commercial properties at the trading societies: in other words its good to be in the saddle again. I completed renovation of my mixed use properties in Fort Bragg and so the North Coast is only going to be my Summer home now.

I have a offer to notaries who might be interested. And yes I am burying it at the bottom for a reason. I am making this offer only to certain notaries. I have a preferred service provider list as well as a banned service provider list for the work that I do. I also have entered and network with a unique web marketing program based on exchanged links with many other loan resources and by content contributed by the members. I have contributed several items of content on using notary networks and how to save money for buyers and borrowers by bypassing the signing services. If you are interested in gaining access to this network let me know. The only notaries I will collaborate with and provide additional marketing opportunities are professional notaries and notary networks. I define professional notaries as notaries who have been in business full time for at least one year and have done over 100 signings. Professional notaries are notaries available full time, not part time hobbyists, also I give preference to notaries with real estate and lending backgrounds. I don't care if you don't like my definitions that is the way it is, its my offer.
