I have sent out an email for the 10th time now. Is it possible to collect or if you file a complaint with bbb, do you ever see any results. I will defintely never sign for them again. Newbies beware because they have no shame. The have over 119 complaints with the BBB. Melody is the president and her number is 949-573-3008 if any one needs help collecting payment.

Adding another complaint to the BBB does not help. I did the faxing technique. I think they still have a 800 fax, so I faxed them over a 1000 pages in three days and she finally sent me the payment.

Send her an invoice via fed ex with her name on the sender and in the recipient's boxes and let her know that if she does not pay in certain time you will send one of those everyother day! Unethical maybe, but I don't work
for free!

CalN - don't do it

They could get you for theft / misuse of their fed ex acct #.

I like the fax em to death idea better if I want to inflict some pain.

NO, I never said to use their account number, just fill out the sender and rec. with their name. Fed ex will still charge them for the shipping. I know of someone that does this and they get the check right away.
