They called me today, but they did not meet my fee. I was reading here and I saw a lot of bad things about them.

I did a signing 2over two months ago. I receved a check for $30 less and also bounced. I sent the collection letter....will see...

Wow, I had a talk with one of them not too long ago. They pay very minimum if the loan cancels or doesn't fund, so I refused the assignment. They tried to argue their position on why they can't pay full fees in those situations, and she pretty much admitted to me that they were about to close their doors because they were getting hit so hard by loans that they send signers out on, but don't close. So, last I heard they're definitely in a cash crunch. I probably wouldn't take their work...Good luck.

I referenced their website regarding a question as they had the answer, and was about to ask about this agency since I never heard of it. Thank you guys for for the heads up.
$30- say what??? And it bounced- They need to go on a the wall of shame.

I had a signing with them, then it was canceled. She said they do 700 signings a month, if she has that much business she should be able to pay the notaries. She met my fee, but of course if she doesn't pay, big deal!
