24/7 National Notary Network

Well they have ignored my calls and faxes regarding payment of $25 for an edoc fee. I have my attorney faxing them a letter today. I was told 2 weeks ago the check was mailed 2 weeks ago.

Re: Was the fee agreed to....

yes it was agreed after the closing was cancelled and I had already printed the docs. I've been told payment in the mail, etc. but never see it. It's not the fact that it is only $25 but it's the principle of it all, ya know.

Re: Was the fee agreed to....

I have worked for 24/7 since I began 4 yrs ago. They are good as far as I see. I just called to inquire about a payment and David in Accts payable apologized and said they had fallen behind. Said there was only two of them and they got hit hard. He said they try to pay on a 30-35 day schedule, but this was an exception because of the overload.

Later that afternoon Daniel from the company called and again apologized and told me they had mailed my check that afternoon.

Hopefully, these guys just had too much and will be back on track soon.
