this ones different I have the spouse signing her name and aka name on each document.

It's entirely possible that she holds title in her maiden name, but legally changed her name. So, she has to sign each doc that way. Actually, I"m in the very same boat personally. I hold title in my maiden name and signed that way when I did a HELOC a while back. Actually, I think I used "FKA", but it's basically the same thing. You notarize her current hame as shown on ID. Should be fine.
