Last week I posted a potential problem with a borrower who warned me that he was going to "read everything". Cali responded with a post "Ask for double from the hiring entity or pass the signing." Or something like that. Well, after daily questions from this borrower, and Cali's advice, I sent the doc's on. My point? We are Independent Contractors. The entities who hire us, should appreciate us.
