Acknowledgement

Can anyone tell me if a single acknowledgement has to be attached to each page signed in loc docs....thanks

Loose acknowledgements need only be attached to the signature page of NOTARIZED documents and only used when the acknowledgement wording on the document is not California compliant, word for word. Is this what you are asking?

unless you are joking, you are not ready for signings

or to be a notary public. As a notary public what must a document contain for you to either notarize it or attach a certificate? Will you be choosing wich certificate to attach?

If signed ahead of time can you still notarize the doc?

Those are ridiculous questions! If any of those situations come up, I will ask here to find out what to do at that time.
