Are they out of Phoenix? AKA L&L Notary Service? If so, there are some positive comments if you search L&L.

I did a signing for them in Oct. Still no pay. I 'feel' like they are playing games. Why? When I call sames voice different name, plus I have 3 different e-mail addresses for them: [e-mail address], [e-mail address], and [e-mail address], AND while they proport to be "Alliance Notary Group, LLC" the California Secretary of State doesn't have them listed at all. AND finally, no land line phone number, just a cell phone - 917-945-8050 listed names Jonathan Wells and Tony Garcia.

Did a signing for them 10/24/06 (signer was a no show) and again 10/27/06 wherein the documents were signed and delivered.

Sent 30 day notice of past due invoice yesterday .. no response.

I dealt with Tony.

My invoice is @ almost 40 days. I have dealt with Tony as well. I called him last week for payment in never called me back, I sne him a reminder e-mail. The response I received is "The accounting department has initiated payment as of 11/24/06!" I e-mailed him back, and called and left a voice message to see if they can initiate a check number as well. If I do not have payment by 45 days I will send him a collection letter.

So I called the Washington State SoS Notary Section - They have a Anthony R. Garcia listed 1903 Mountainview W.., University Place, WA 98466 259-561-5945. I have an e-mail for "Tony" [e-mail address]. Note: ToTG... (Tony T. Garcia) is not ARGarcia. It's a long shot. I haven't called yet. Also his site has a 800 # 800-975-6495 - can anyone out there find who 'owns' a 800#?

UPDATE: First of all Tony Garcia is out of Chico Hills, CA. He called me, we spoke. He apparently had s/w problems which have been resolved. I received my payment, as he promised. He seemed very earnest in his comments regarding the s/w situation. He kept his word - a strong sign of integrity.

I just did a signing for Alliance Notary Group this afternoon. The signer was difficult to firm up appointment with, but Tony Garcia was very helpful - and always answered his phone and very responsive when I had to reach him. Also, they provided me with ALL the information I needed about THEIR client as well as the signer...so I can only say positive things about their service in that regard. Also, he says they issue payment checks within 30 days of a signing. We'll see what happens. According to a reverse number lookup Tony's phone number is out of Chino, California.

Friendly and sincere person. Appears to be a fairly new signing service, and apparently experienced some minor glitches in setting up computer programs for assignment management and payment system, but now seems to be on track.

I ran into a very minor problem regarding unclear instructions from lender client, but Mr. Garcia took charge of correcting the problem and all follow-up, and gets an A++ in that regard.

Check issued 18 days after completion (received by mail 3 days later) and ALL telephone calls and emails answered right away, and courteously.

I would not hesitate to accept another assignment from Alliance Notary Group
