Signing from HELL!
Subprime to the max, brw leaving town tomorrow, docs redrawn FOR TODAY.
Had to do a split signing, cha-ching!
Wouldn't have been so bad, except I had to sign the primary brw between nail clients.
Took 2 1/2 hours, including a call to the lender for $12K origningation fee-OUCH!
Brw said it got them out of alot of trouble.
Sounds like it is getting them in MORE trouble, lol
