Dana Snyder with Shear Realty in the Spring Valley Lake office. She's a great realtor and should be able to give you contact info to someone who is good. When we refi'd out there the lender sent some doofus appraiser that was way off. I contacted Dana who was our realtor both when we bought and then when we sold. She's knows her stuff and has good contacts. I'm sure she could point you in the right direction.
