calling you for an appt, telling you they will send the confirmation. You wait and wait, call eventually to see why there has been no confirmation sent, to find out after speaking with a couple of people with different stories that the appt was given to someone else because they were closer...or in signing service terminology....Cheaper

Isn't Wyoming an "attorney only" state?

It seems I read somewhere that only attorneys can close loans and perform the closing, in Wyoming as well as a few other select states. But I can't find the source. Does anyone know for sure?

In their defense there.......

are many, many much worse companies out there. these people will actually pay you and will sometimes meet your fee if your lucky enough not to be in a saturated area. they're not on my badguy list although faxbacks and repeated phone calls are annoying.
