BGC - Don't requestors have to comply

with the privacy of information clause of the GBLA? Aren't they then required to provide a privacy Policy, to be updated at least annually, including opt-out?

Thought I'd read that the NNA specifically isn't responsible for misuse of information provided, internally or externally. I can't substantiate that claim, but I'd want to ensure my information would not be sold to others...Any comments?

Does the NNA have a privacy policy regarding provided information from their customers? I don't recall having been sent an updated policy within the past year...
