Billing Receipt

I have my first loan signing this afternoon and I don't have a billing receipt. I could make one up but I want to make sure to include all the necessary information. Does anyone have a demo I could look at?

You don't need a 'receipt' you need an 'invoice' to bill the the escrow company. I use QuickBooks, so it makes a very nice invoice for me for every singing that I do.

Now, if you need a receipt for the signer's, assuming that the signer is paying you, you can buy a standard receipt book at your local stationary store (Staples, Office Depot, etc.) or even Wal-Mart. I actually use the books that I bought way back when, from the NNA. Still have one left that should last me another couple of years.

When do we get paid?

Thank you everyone for the info yesterday! You were so helpful. My loan signing went very smoothly. You know I didn't sign up to do loan docs. I though I would just be doing simple notarizations here and there but because I know so many people in the real estate biz, I kinda set myself up.

Here's my other question, WHEN DO I GET PAID? Again I am billing escrow.
