Collection answer for all of my notary collegues
Hey everyone my husband found this online collection agency for me when I was having trouble collecting from a SS that owed me for more than 6 months. The site is very user friendly and it is very low cost, also you maintain all of the information yourself. Registration is free and you only pay when you need to have a set of collection letters sent to debtor. This is just for your information. If it helps anyone out there, great.

you're welcome...they worked for me...
I had tried collecting from this person for months and so not only did they pay within 1 week but they also paid all of the late fees I applied to the invoice. Just thought I would share with everyone what worked for me.

This is actually a sponsored company of the NNA. As I understand it, they send out letters for a price and I believe they will do debt collection for 1/3rd of the amount collected. They don't do any credit reporting to the agencies on commercial accounts. I would interested in a company that will report to agencies like Dunn & Bradstreet. Just as consumers are dinged for late payments, I believe SS and TC's should be subject to the same rules.
