I actually just did that online to BBB.

Their name is Accusigning in Loomis, CA.

The gal that calls on you is great but the owner is horrible!!! I havent been paid in over 3mos and she told me that she is too busy to listen to me and hung up twice on me.

You might want to look at small claims court, collection agencies, etc. It all depends on what they owe you and if you think it is worth your time and trouble. Unfortunately there is no state agency, or anyone else for that matter,that regulates a signing service. Depending on what you're owed, you might want to chalk it up to experience.
