I agree with the correct size to match the existing document but this is not a mortgage. It is a Proration of recording fees and taxes.. I pretty sure those do not get recorded at the County Clerk Office. Maybe I am wrong. Does anyone know? I just called Clerk Office and they have no clue to what I was talking about.

Imagine what a mess this board would be if everyone started doing this.

If anybody is interested, they'll find the post. A lot of people read this board in linear view anyway so posts to older threads still show up on the first page in that view.

I apologize for confusing you. I was referencing to a "recorded document" such as a deed, mtg, ect. What I was trying to say is One size does not fit all. But it sounds like you already knew this.
